What is a CSO?
A CSO is a Credit Services Organization or a company that works to improve a consumer’s credit history or rating, often called credit repair companies.

What can a credit repair company do to help restore my credit?
Credit repair companies offer a variety of credit restoration services. Credit issues can include things like collections, late mortgage payments, charge-offs, tax liens, bankruptcies, default on student loans, tax liens, identity theft, and even mistakes that are on your credit report.

Do you have fixed prices?
We offer our clients a fixed price program for credit repair services in order to eliminate the incentive of keeping you on the hook for a long time.  We have 2 program options, for 3 months or 6 months, and the price will not change from month to month and there are no extra fees or hidden charges in addition to the cost of the program.

Can you guarantee that I will be able to get a certain credit score improvement?
No, we can not guarantee a certain score improvement because nobody can, or should be.  It is illegal to tell a client that he or she will get a specific score improvement.

What is your process of restoring my credit?
Each situation is unique and will require its own distinct plan.  We will meet with you for a consultation and talk together about the program that you are interested in, pricing, and map out our first plans of action to start you on the road to fixing your credit.

What is the time frame I can expect to see my credit improve?
We try to target our plans to be able to see the first signs of improvement a bit after a month after signing up for the service.  Again, all cases are different so it depends on what you have on your credit reports on what we can actually do for you and how long it will take to see improvements.

What will my involvement look like in restoring my credit?
You will be an integral part of your credit repair.  We like to meet with clients on a monthly basis to go over any changes to your credit reports as well as to work together with you to plan out our next course of action.  As credit services organization we are here to help and be your advocate through the credit repair process.  But, we are not allowed to do anything concerning your credit without your proper approval which makes you such a crucial piece of the puzzle.

Do you work with attorneys?
For credit repair services we do our best to work with the credit bureaus and credit companies to fix what can be fixed.  But, there are times when the bureau tries to side step removing certain remarks on your credit that do not legally belong on there.  There are certain instances that litigation is the last option and if it comes to that then we can send you to a credit attorney who can help you with going to court.  Most credit attorneys are more than happy to help you if it gets to this point and many will not even charge you anything util you win your case.
